    Star Wars” actress Carrie Fisher was in critical condition Friday after suffering a “cardiac episode” during a flight from London to Los Angeles, according to airline and emergency officials.

    Fisher, 60, was rushed to the hospital by Los Angeles Fire Department paramedics shortly after noon, after her 11-hour flight touched down at LAX.

    2017 or any year after won't be better. You're just now old enough that celebs you know are starting to kick the bucket. There's nothing odd going on or some magic 2016 conspiracy. If anything its more an 80s conspiracy since the "younger" celebs going were coked out of their minds for a decade. Shit Prince still was.

    Before this wave it was the cigarette generation of celebs our parents and grandparents loved. Similarly our kids and grandkids don't know these people or care. They'll start caring when Hanna Montana kicks.

    I don't buy into the dumb 2016 conspiracy, but it is pretty crazy how so many of these well known celebs are dying fairly young. This isn't Betty White we're talking about. These people are in their 50's.

    Speaking of Betty White, I saw her trending on twitter earlier. Thought for sure she was dead.

    RIP Carrie Fisher. Star Wars was always a big deal in the house since I was born, and still to this day. Looking forward to the next one.
