hey sabrina, im totally interested in visitng to one of your shows, however, I did experience the same errors that the other guy had. its a shame i missed such a perfect opportunity.

I for one are really exited for your next show, as I have been gutted that I missed the others.

 

GAH! It's halloween day, there's a six hour sex marathon with Sabrina somewhere, and her site is down! Everybody panic!! ...oooooorrrrr....not. You know, either way.

 

Ok guys...my hosting provider has screwed up for 3 (three!!) GB of exceeded bandwidth that they, besde, claim to charge at 1 dollar per GB (3$...). Well, why don't you pay the 3 damn bucks, then? - you might say: i saw that i was going to exceed my allowed bandwidth yesterday morning GMT and i have since then
1) called customer support 26 times in a 36 hours period (yes, i have slept only 3 hours in the last 36) just for hearing all the times: all our operators are currently busy, leave a message and a tel number and we will call you back. It goes alone that i have left 26 messages and 26 times my number. Did they call me back? NOPE!
2) I have opened 4 support request tickets as critical. They are still unanswered, of course.
3) I have sent 31 polite emails to a fantomatic [email protected]s if i got an answer...

Shall i add that it sucks? My website is down since 20 hours because my hosting provider doesn't let me pay 3 dollars...i'm not even sure that my hosting provider really exists...
Do you wanna laugh? This is what they say on their homepage about their company:

Anyway, althought tomorrow is the first of November and a new bandwidth cycle starts, so, my site should have been back, i have decided to kick them where the sun never shines on and move somewhere else.

I have just got a beautiful server with 25 times the bandwidth i had with the morons above, from a very reliable, old internet hosting company with a cracking REAL 24/7 customer support (happy to see that there is still someone willing to make money these days...).

I am working around the clock to move and reconfigure everything in the new server and having the website back online asap.
I hope to not have suffered too much damage from this, but what can i do...there's worse than this in the world, so, time will tell.

I want to apologize to everybody for the disruption, to my members first and to everybody else who uses to visit my website and loves me.
I think i have learnt something from this and my strenght is about never making the same mistake twice.

I will have a joint great show next week, for you, Phun-ners and my members and i will try to put all my actual anger and frustration at work, at that time, in order to be more sexual and naughty than ever.

That sucks Sabrina. Sorry to hear that you have had so many problems. But I am sure the new site will be even better than the last (though that would be quit impressive as the last one was HOT HOT HOT :smile: )

Well...look on the bright side. At least you know your site is becoming more popular if you blow out your bandwidth for the month. Heh. Now I want to make a band camp joke...but that would be so 90's of me...

And let me say that your old company DID in fact put the customer first. First in line to be screwed out of their money by the buracracy. Glad you're getting it sorted out though!
