    Probably a gay male friend. She seemingly has a ton of those. In fact, she mostly hangs out with gay guys judging from her Twitter and Instagram accounts. Either way, she gets around.

    Stephen Simbari I think. She was out at a gay club with a group of people from the Instagram pictures of them all. Just be glad it wasn't with Harry Styles or Chandler Parsons some mug like that that she's been linked with. They'll only end up moving onto some other girl after they notch her of.

    To be fair I don't. I believe his sister is an actress/producer/comedian? They all seem to hang out a lot, them Sarah Silverman, Lindsey Vonn ect. They were all in a post of Kate's at Christmas as well, and theirs others floating around. These look like they were taken after they left. There's a picture of him holding her in the club taking about dating but its more light hearted I think. Though with Kate these days who knows.
