    Sorry to burst your bubble.

    You see a face, but it aint Beckinsale. You see a partial face (generally at a distance). Her refusal to do any kind of nudity in the flick is well documented.

    Just viewed the vid. There's a VERY awkward break between when "she" lifts her shirt over her face (so we can't see it's really her), then CUT AWAY, then back and we see her face. You never see face and nudity at the same time. 99% sure it's a body double.
