    Funny you should ask, because I was just mulling this over. I think that barring any sort of public media exposure (TV, movies, original internet programming, e.g. Netflix, Hulu, etc), I feel that at a bare minimum the subject should have at least 100,000 followers on social media. I think if someone reaches that magic number, then at least 3 or 4 times that many people are aware of them in this world. And as that number increases, the multiplier increases exponentially. For example, The Rock has 77 million followers on Instagram, but he's easily known worldwide by over a billion people, conservatively. So I think Instagram/Facebook/Twitter can be used as a decent indicator of public recognition.

    BTW, Chloe has over 200K on IG.
