    From what I gathered of watching one episode of this horrid show aliens are known. They have bars that only aliens go to, etc.

    Season 1 was ok. Season two CW'd it up and the quality instantly dropped.

    Yerp, they got rid of the 1 awesome character (Cat Grant) and decent actor (Calista Flockhart), added a completely garbage-written lesbo lover subplot, and I haven't watched the show since.

    I still watch it. I preferred season 1 because I don't feel like a lot of the sudden changes in character direction that occurred after the switch felt reasonable or natural for the characters.

    I saw it a few times the first season and thought the writing/dialog was almost cringeworthy. I only watched it for the ridiculously charming Melissa.
