    Releasing an explicit video commercially requires the written consent, before of after, of all participants stating they are 18 years or older at the time or recording. This is why the claims of Paris Hilton, Kim Kardassian etc that sex tapes were released without consent are utter lies. So, who the hell is going to pay for this tape when it would be worthless to them. They cannot profit from it. This tape will never be seen. Move along.

    Maybe it depends on which country the tape is released.You can create a website in some other country where there is no such law, upload it there and people from US can buy it

    And what countries do you know of that don't require pornography to require that the participants are 18 years old. You really think there are such lawless places. Maybe a country that could release Trump's piss videos free from consequence. Russia, maybe. Either way as a US citizen you would be breaking the law.

    Maybe, but you certainly cannot purchase such things from those countries which was your original point. You will not legally be allowed to buy the tape, should such a fantastical series of events even take place. So who the hell will pay to acquire this tape. The man is fucking stupid for even considering anyone would.

    One thing is certain, though, if it ever does get released by VIVID etc. She signed on the dotted line.
