    You cannot. they are part of the image. Even with the text removed I dont know what you expect to see. You can't see any cleavage in that pic and hair is covering the rest.

    Also why not just share the pic you are talking about?

    I meant to share the pic but I'm having troubles for some reason.

    I remember reading that there are apps that can remove that bar overlay if you root your phone

    Snap chat builds it in to the image, anyone who says they can it telling fibs or just using photoshop.
