"As she ages"? She didn't just go through puberty, she went from age 18 to 20.

 

As you age your lips don't suddenly grow two sizes. That makes zero sense.

I'm not trying to be a contrarian but there was a comment above her aging and puberty that was remarkably uninformed.

She went from being an elite world-class athlete who had her nutrition and body mass development/body chemistry dictated by parents, coaching staff, et al.

It is not at all unlikely that puberty was delayed, certainly until after the 2012 Olympics but possibly even later. Particularly in sports such as gymnastics (where weight and size are minimized for competitive advantage), some aspects of puberty can start in females as late as age 17.

I don't know if she had surgery or if she didn't. If she did, that was her decision to make (and her money to pay for it).

But the "weight gain" (including in her butt and bust) is quite possibly the result of a drastic change in diet once she announced her "official" retirement in 2015 or 2016.

There isn't a conspiracy behind every theory.

 

She used to be attractive, her cute smile is no more that her top lip is permanently anchored.

 

I hope we can see her naked.....again!

She went from 16 when at the Olympics to almost 21 now. Gymnasts go through puberty at a later age due to all the training during the time when most girls would normally go through puberty. So it happening at age 18 or even later isn't uncommon at all.

Go watch her TMZ interview on youtube from last summer...she smiles alot in that and it looks to me that she has the same lips still. I know it's a year old now but even then tons of people kept talking about her lips being plumper. Hint...it's makeup. She overlines them alot of the time, an illusion basically.
