Therefore, please do not use imagebam, or any host, that provides live playing gifs in those specific threads.     Not sure if you took the scans yourself or obtained them elsewhere but when scanning from magazines you need to set the scanner to de-screen (or despeckle), that way it gets rid of the Moire (the dotted appearance) caused by the printing process.
