    If I login, and try to open in new tab:

    I get "An error occurred" page when I try to download.

    If I login and try to 'save target as' or copy shortcut to paste in a new tab/window:

    I get a hyroglyphic file name which is a kb size to download

    If I dont login, and try to open in new tab:

    I get taken to a page where I can see details of the file but no option to download as a premium member. So only option is the normal, slower download.

    My premium membership ran out yesterday I presume although since I've been without any service for about 2 weeks now, it should really have been extended. It has been a huge waste of money.

    I just want to ask you that r u from UK because united kingdom users are facing some problem with filesonic because of there ISP's. i request you to please contact the filesonic team with the above problem
