    Triple European Junior Champion (100m, 200m, 4x100m), World Junior Champion with the relay and 2nd over 200m, U-23 European Champion (100m). But since 2001 she's regularly injured and can only occasionally shine. Female sprinting is also heavily influenced by doping either from Eastern Europe or from the USA, so it's hard to say where she'd stand with more doping controls in some countries.

    2001 - torn muscle fibre, Sina has to withdraw from the World Championships where the German relay won gold
    2002 - again a torn muscle fibre which ruins her good shape, she wins silver with the relay at the European Championships
    2003 - misses entire season due to knee surgery
    2004 - plantar tendon injury ruins again her good shape almost completely

    and I limited myself to the outdoor season ... so "plagued by injuries" is the correct answer.
