    if you're using firefox:

    open the pic & right click on empty white space => view page info => media => pick image link from address list (mostly at the bottom) => save as..

    Sites like the one you posted above are a pain in the ass when it comes to saving the pics but I think this is the only way to get them in full resolution in case "imagehost grabber" shouldn't work.

    CTRL & PRINT SCRN (maybe when its in Full Screen mode), then paste into like 'Paint' or something, then crop (a bit of extra effort but can be done)
