but it is hard to look at her and not realize she just oozes sex... so sultry... naughty. I can totally get the fascination. But not the acting... worst actress. Shit Lindsay Lohan is better. IS better.

I think I have to agree with beruud on this one, I saw this movie at the theater and she was not very good. I've never seen any of her other movies though so who knows? Charlize Theron on the other hand was fantastic.....the best part of the movie.
This girl is beautiful though, I'll give her that.

 

No actually I do. She is a sultry lil naughty woman who can't act her way out of a paper bag. She acts like she is smelling farts. Sorry you like poor actresses who are hot. There ar a shit ton of them. I am guessing you were disappointed that Pamela Anderson didn't get an Emmy.

 

That wasn't her best role. I'd recommend you to see some more of her movies first before you judge her acting. She has been given big roles since she was a kid and most of her films are from hit to blockbuster, truly impressive filmography for actress of her age.

I hate to repeat him but you really don't know what you're talking about. It's funny to read stupid comments from people who know nothing about cinema. I think that producers and directors knows better than you.

 

I think she's a good actress. She is very young and hasn't found a huge range yet but she can definitely act and works in all her films. As for when she isn't great, she is at the very least competent in her scenes, but she is getting better. Not everyone can be a maestro, not every footballer is a Messi.

And it's very much the cool thing to rip into her for being a bad actress, it's what all the cool kids are doing.

But I do disagree that a cinema-goer can't know good acting when they see it. That's like saying that we can't tell if an album is good or not because we aren't producers. Which is silly. People not trained in filmmaking or acting might not see the techniques it takes to make the show but the recognize it when the show is shoddy. Like watching a singer lip-synching, we know it's a lie.

 

I find this very amusing considering it wasn't that long ago that she was viewed by the masses as pretty much asexual and boring. It's amazing what getting caught cheating on your fake boyfriend can do for your image.

 

The masses? I don't know a single guy that doesn't think Stewart is hot as fuck and has been for a few years now.

 

Don't bother, mr. steven speilberg knows everything there is to know about acting... Don't you know that Stewart is the next Meryl Streep?!?? Everyone should know that...

Oh and I know youll never believe me... but I have always thought Stewart was a little sexy tart. Not exactly my style of girl, but I completely understand the fascination... but alas... a grain of salt.

I'm not arguing that she's hot, I've thought so since Zathura. What I'm arguing is the general sentiment in many corners of the web that she came off as cold and uninterested in things like sex. It's not hard to find, just start poking around celeb related blogs, gossip sites, or posts in forums like this more than a few months old. Then she gets caught making out with a married man and overnight she becomes a massive slut and suddenly she "oozes sex" even though she's the same person.

 

I'm a real sucker for a green-eyed brunette, and yet..... She just doesn't do it for me. Sorry.
