    The term 'leggy' is most accurately perceived as seeing more leg than clothing. When the skirt reaches to her knees, mathematically, that is more than 50% of her legs that aren't visible. Therefore, in this instance, using it in the thread title can be misleading.

    Technically, the only situation where it's 'leggy enough for me' would be if there were no clothing at all.
