    I use a lil of alot of things, depending on the starting photo.

    Some staples are:
    *Levels - Always
    *Usually a smartblur or surface blur depending on the pic
    *some hand shading and bluring to remove artifacts from the above
    *at times I'll also use a layer of difuse glow set to one of the lights (pin light, hard light exc.) and turn its opacity down to suit my eye.
    * if the girl has razor burn or other cosmetic items, I'll heal brush those out 1st

    Thats a bit of what I use. but like I said it depneds on the starting image.
