    Speaking for myself. What does it mean? Who is she talking too? Is it a serious message? It ruins the picture. What does a 16 year old millionaire know about peace or war? It feels like she is preaching - I could go on. It just looks stupid.

    Maybe she's doing it as there is millions of young people who follow her so the right message to send across is peace rather than going around sticking her middle finger up all the time, or maybe she'll be doing that when she turns 18. :D

    But yea it is a nice dress, best i've seen her look.
