    Wasnt The Open Door written without Moody? Coincidentally, also a hugely improved and more mature effort by the band. Personally, her voice and vocal hooks are what keep me listening to them... her solo stuff should be pretty good, hopefully. Ive read she's looking to get more into film scoring and that sort of thing, but i hope she eventually releases something maybe more piano and vocal based.

    Well anything she does she seems to be saying will be released under the Evanescence brand. There seems to be little difference between her solo and Evanescence.

    If that ends up being true, thats fine by me... if she can release a solo album with guest writers and musicians and whatnot, and it follows the musical path she's been going down, ill keep listening. Im not really a fan of anything pre-Open Door. Fallen and Origin were a bit too immature and hokey sounding, IMO, just sorta radio hit nonsense for the most part... so im glad the music has matured a bit, and she's experimenting with the structures and whatnot. Whether or not she is primarily responsible for that, i guess, is up in the air. In any event... she is quite the saucy girlnextdoor looking kinda chick, not gorgeous, but nice looking enough to be posted here.
