    We’re not sure how long the lip-locky couple have been acquainted, or if this rendezvous is even a ‘relationship’ — but the facts are that she’s a model and he’s been kissing her in France. Tres romantic!

    33-year-old West has been especially busy while taking part in the 64th Annual Festival de Cannes. Over the weekend, the ‘Gold Digger’ singer attended a party with Jamie Foxx, where they performed an uncensored version of the hit track.
