Therefore, please do not use imagebam, or any host, that provides live playing gifs in those specific threads.     OK personally the extent of my working out anymore is typing right here. But evertime I see a Bowflex Commercial on TV, I have wonder who the Girl in the tight white shorts iwith the near camel toe is. Her name is Kristia Knowles. I wasn't able to find many LARGE pics of her most are only 350x350, and I had a hard time with a vid cap for the commercial. But here are a few from her site and others.
