    It is pretty common for girls to let their tattoo artist take pics of their work. I have a friend that gets pics of every tat and piercing he does.

    A few years ago. She did it to improve her chances to get roles.

    And you can see the scarring from the reduction in the pics. The reduction isn't like the implant. They still have to basically cut away the tissue (including cutting off and trimming down the areola/nipple) to do it.
