    He's one of the best hairstylists in the business, but he's just doing what his clients want, cause they're the bosses in this situation, no him;)
    Adir and Kristen have been working together for 18 years, so I'm pretty sure they have perfect understanding of what they want from each other.

    but yes, Adir is a legend but she is the Boss.

    there are a small number of A-List Females (Kristen included obvs) who are pushing the boundaries of the beauty paradigm forward. they are the avant garde and should be praised for their bravery. we we will all follow their lead one way or another.
