    Really simple to do.
    grab the highest quality caps you can, crop the portion you want to an 850x360 ratio, then resize the caps to vertical 360, keeping the resize ratio locked. Stack 3 on left, create new from visible, then turn off all layers. Repeat for right side. Turn all layers off. Turn the 2 composite layers back on. Make yourself a film strip layer, then turn on the black background layer. adjust everything to look nice, and you're done. (I threw in logos from the movies on the web posted ones). All made while watching Halle's movie "Dark Tide". Meh, movie with a dumb (misleading) title.
