    hmmm i see some of you are not happy with the new 2010 clips at candidarchive, well ive converted the clips into wmv format with a resolution of 1280 x 720 and with a video data rate of 2500kbps, in my opinion these still look great, i'll post a couple later tonight and you can tell me what you think of the conversion, i'll be splitting the clips too on some of them.

    With all of the contributors to this thread, reposts are gonna happen, no matter what.

    What you ask creates more work for me (the zipping of all my Candid vids). And, it may cause problems with some, as when they open the file, the file name won't match the zip name.

    However, if several others ask for this, I will do it.

    Have u tried a Search?

    I know that there is the entire Ford collection out there, but damn if I can remember where. :(

    To me, it's not about file formats -- FLV versus WMV.

    It's about CA not individualizing the clips.

    If anyone wants to split up the big FLV files into individual FLV clips without re-compressing the files, you can use avidemux, which is free.
