They claim they got those 4 photos from her stolen iphone. On page two of this thread, someone posted two of the four pictures. One of the pictures from her stolen iphone is of her looking at her iphone in her hand. Think about that for a minute.

Lawyers could also be looking for defamation, instead of a C&D? But they should really go after the guy that got these if she is underage.

Yeah under her left breast... and the pic being a mirror shot means it's the breast to our left which is obscured by her hair

No, I am saying the pictures are likely not from her phone. How could her iphone take a picture of her holding it in her hand?

She could have had someone take it and send it to her, but her phone was right there if she wanted a pic for herself. She could have just handed it to them. I am probably just thinking to much.

Or possibly not thinking quite enough... because there are these magical things called mirrors that allow slutty chicks to take pictures of themselves without the need for someone else in the room to possibly talk them out of doing something stupid.

 

It wasn't the mirror picture. It was one of the other pictures. That is why I said the second page.

 

(1) It is possible she did have one of these two flannel style shirts (even both) with her in Madrid, but note where both of the shirts stop, at or just above Miley's hips while the shirt on the girl in the bathroom photo falls quite a bit past the hips ; even taking some slouching into account.

(2) Neither of the shirts presented as being worn by Miley around that time match the one being worn in the bathroom shot. The bathroom shirt has a tight double-white stripe followed by a single white stripe. The shirt in the bottom left on Miley has (as one poster mentioned previously) a double-white stripe followed by a single white stripe, wide-spaced pattern. The other shirt being worn by Miley has a tighter, single-white stripe pattern.

 

Why do i think this picture is fake?

1. First If she was really taking a pic of herself naked or teasing then she will frame it correctly.
2. Second her legs are thinner, she is a little more fuller.
3. Third it has to be some photoshop done here, maybe her arm with her bracelet,etc to make it look real. She is not the only one with the shirt in this world. When you take pics of yourself u never cut your face.
4. Four If this was really her. I'm pretty sure TMZ will had the story already.

In my opinion I doubt it is real. I wish it was her. I hope more news about it will come to really put it to rest.

in the alleged Miley photo... real or fake, the one strand of hair goes almost down to the belly button... who wants to investigate Miley's hair length from other photos during this hotel time, because I'm too lazy to do such a thing?

So I believe this disproves the model being the same girl in the fake/real Miley photo, right...?
