Therefore, please do not use imagebam, or any host, that provides live playing gifs in those specific threads. If you see your gif playing once you post, try to use a smaller thumbnail and if that does not work use a different approved host.

    it all started when i updated to IE8, it worked ok before, but my laptop hates it now..

    Netscape causes me all kind of problems here at work. I hate it.

    I'm still on 7 - 8 is not supported by several intranet apps we have here.

    I do. But the Netscape causes work related problems - haven't used it in a long time myself but I used to use it. It's very virus prone.

    We don't have any macs here. Most virus' are written for pc's though so that doesn't surprise me.
