All Amateur Content Posters Read This

Well I'm just saying I didn't know that what Phun really cares about is model and pro pics, I mean I've been posting amateurs this whole time when in fact no one is really interested in that? We should have a fine line, either have no amateurs allowed at phun, or make a space for amateurs, or at the very least, allow and appreciate them

 

just two questions...

what gives anyone the impression that amateur-content isn´t welcome here anymore?

is it a road to "elitism" to ask members to put some effort in posting?
(and in case some missed this it´s is not only about those posting amateur-content)

and take note that some other quality users have already expressed at least to me that they don’t feel comfortable posting anymore – thanks to this issue.

apart from those who spam for their own purpose i don´t want any member to feel uncomfortable postig here.

I too enjoy the amateur content but, lately I been seeing a lot of random amateur pics that have been posted here before. I believe what they are asking is that you don't just gather random pics and make a post. If you go look through some of the amateur posts that are up right now you will see the same pictures in them. Granted they are not all duplicates but a lot of them are. I know when I look through someones post and see reposted pictures i move on.

I also run a small forum (of different content than phun) and when you add too many places to post you will lose peoples interest. This is a wonderful place that I visit on a regular basis. I really don't want to see the amateurs dissapear nor do I want to see the nice ladies with thier own sites get offended in any way. I believe the mods here will and always do make the right decisions on how to handle the situation at hand. We all need to respect their decision and not take it as a personal attack to the content we like to see or post.

I also do not want to see the amateur content disappear from the board. I think alot of people are becoming just slightly defensive regarding this discussion (and right now that is all it is). I believe everybody will feel better that we at least had the discussion and that we (the mods and/or cayne) don't just make the changes without at least running it by the members here.

nikos_13.......I'm not, and I don't think anyone else here, is asking or wanting you to take your content elsewhere. But as things grow (as this board has with over 102,000 Members), maybe some alterations and tweeks need to be done. Not wholesale changes like the "BIG SHOCK" but maybe a few changes in the rules or how we (the mods) treat some of the posts made on the forums.

What sense does it make and what value is there in allowing someone to post pics that may have been posted in at least one other thread. I think if the members that post amateur content truely love the material they are posting, they would have already browsed through the amateur threads that are already on the forum.......right? If a person loves amateurs, wouldn't they have gone through our amateur threads? If they are reposting material in those threads then .......

• they are just trying to up their post count by reposting existing content.
• they do not truely like the material they are posting or they would have found it already here.

Plus, why is it too much to ask that amateur content be consolidated into one thread. Right now there are at least three (3) amateur threads of a members girlfriend, with one about her pussy, one about her tits, and one about her ass. This really doesn't make sense does it???? Could those not have been one thread about his girlfriend? Or were there other motives (post count, etc...).

Personally I don't post alot of amateur material, but that doesn't mean that I don't appreciate it or look at it. Taht being said, I look at DI's thread, Sancho's and a couple others, but I don't even pay attention really to the "fly by night" amateur threads being posted. If a member wants to have THEIR OWN thread......so be it, I think thats OK. Something you can come back to from visit to visit to post your own material. But if it's loaded with reposts and bumping down the threads that others are making theat are legitimately trying to provide members with ................lack of better words here...........good jerk off material. Don't be surprised if the threads are trashed or closed.
