    Naiyna looks Middle Eastern as advertised.

    Asha looks to come from somewhere like India or Pakistan. Again Asian as advertised.

    But looking at the user name on the photo gallery suggests that they may come from Hyderabad. Making them both Indian and therefore both Asian.
