    It's really all one big circle jerk. If you ever look under "resources" in many ccbill affiliate sections you will see all the other sites they are affiliated with, or other "cash" sites. They not only share models and photographers, but many times they are selling or trading sets back and forth between each other. Penthouse is one of the largest at buying these sets, I'm not sure they even take pictures or video themselves, I think they buy everything they post.
