Interesting on "The Battle of the Halloween Britney's" who was "Hotter"?

Taking away the Britney aspect.

Interesting that Brie should choose that which can be seen as "Stereotypical Fantasy forbidden hot" and Stella went for old school hot.

Brie is portraying something very different from Stella, but Stella pics are papped, she isn't posing and the "snake" looks cheap and stupid (to me anyway).

But take the cheap snake away and Stella poses.

Fantasy is in the eye of the beholder.

But I was surprised on Brie's choice of costume in the #MeToo era.

Probably depends on your favorite Britney. I can tell you the era Brie is representing was peak fantasy for middle/high school me(and so many others lol) while Stellas was from the start of official adulthood for me. Both very hot, but our adolescent crushes and lusts always stand out the most don't they?

Especially considering how she has been one of the most outspoken in regards to all of that(a thread of hers got shut down here due to people coming out to rip her for hypocrisy among other things which I won't repeat).

Well Soph, there's not much you can't see do you prefer this or would her having her hands down be better? This is hot, no doubt, but if there was a take a few seconds later after she drops her hands, I have to venture that would be the better of the 2. But I do agree that implied can be so damn hot too

 

Just watched SNL with Kristen Stewart

Wifie: "Is it meant to be funny?".

I can see what she means over long unfunny sketches that keep on going on and on, guest hosts whose talent is underused (as with PWL), Kristen looked hot but thought her first monologue was better.

Sketches she was in were OK, but again struggled to be funny.

Highlights Kristen being Kristen, Coldplay and the Dog!!

I see PWL is back as guest host again next week.

 

I used to love SNL, now I can't remember the last time I saw an episode

I guess you haven't seen Invictus, give it a try. Obviously it's predictable and some scenes are really cheesy, but it worth a watch.

 

Yeah, it's supposed to be. Certainly isn't lately; they seem to just be coasting and waiting for a random sketch to go viral and once that happens they don't bother trying anymore. And they also are starting to show fear of offending people, which has really screwed comedy in recent years as there are vocal people who are offended by EVERYTHING. So the show isn't good right now.

 

I only remember SNL from the Chris Farley years.

 

i still remember this one fondly. Its just something about how they almost manage to do the whole skit with a straight face. both great entertainers have fun up there Swayzee and Farley.

 

The SNL writers/performers congratulate themselves at the end of the show, but i think it's style over substance.

Some of it is funny, there are funny lines, there's some good call backs, but it's so padded out.

I can understand big name hosts bringing in viewers, but aside from the opening monologue, time & time they're underused.

Meanwhile

Watching S2 of Jack Ryan (recommended) they filmed two scenes around the corner from where I work and in a pub where I sometimes have lunch (they have great fish & chips), and another chase sequence that starts off where I work and then (which is common in film) moves all over London, going 5 miles away when they're seen running from building to building.

 

The only SNL I wanna see this year is Eddie Murphy on Dec. 21. That shit will be funny, I guarantee it.

 

Why is it that weekends fly by so quickly?
