    Said it before, i think after one vote is made for Tracy, she gets disabled for 30minutes or one hour. Not tested to find out to get the real time for how long it wil stay disabled.

    Thought about this because after i make a vote i can't make a second vote whatever ip i use (and ie cache emptied if you didnt know).

    Sometimes the sytem disabled a vote to her complete, is already prooved.

    So maybe vote after a half hour from right now (i voted 5 minutes before).
