    As a result of these photos, I am now aware that the SuicideGirls site is still around because I saw the pics and thought "Cara's sorta looking like an SG model"

    It's post-Hefner Playboy, it is what it is. Magazines in general are having a rough time. Magazines having to compete with free nude photos on the internet are in an even worse spot, even if I guess some of that is being reigned in by people passing laws.

    The current editor of Playboy going from TeenVogue to Out to Playboy in about 10 years is certainly a whirlwind of going from publication to publication. I guess his hope is to find some sort of niche that can withstand competition instead of just being a legacy media zombie that continues on forever because it's always been around.

    On one hand, it's great to see Cara nude.
    On the other hand, this really feels like a wasted opportunity. Playboy has photographers that could have done a waaay better job, like Ana Dias for example.
