    i'm not expert, but i think what you want to do is go to the video tab -> full processing mode (make sure it's on) -> compression, then start messing around with the different options, i don't really know what is best. you would do the same with the audio tab, but i assume there's no audio for these videos.

    then when you've chosen a way to compress the video go file -> save as avi. that should work.
