Therefore, please do not use imagebam, or any host, that provides live playing gifs in those specific threads. If you see your gif playing once you post, try to use a smaller thumbnail and if that does not work use a different approved host.

Nice. Only thing I'd say is to use a better quality main image. I wasn't sure if the original image was blocky or if you did that yourself as an effect.

You're right. Looking at it closer, I should have picked a cleaner image. For me to maybe not so bold on her name as it looks choppy. Thanks Jamms!

To be able to produce any kind of sig in paint is an achievement in itself.

No need to reinvent the wheel Jamms, loads of tuts to be found in Google!

If you need to do this a lot you can make any set of adjustment into an Action, make it a one-click affair for future pics. You can even totally automate it, get it to tweak every photo in a directory with a single command so you can walk away from the machine, come back in a minute or two and 50 or more pics have been done.

    Thanks, trying it now :)
How do you get it to do every file in a folder?

    I am such a p/shop dummy.

If you're already up to speed on creating or using Actions that's the harder part so you're golden. Once you have an Action ready you can use it for batch-processing by going to File > Automate > Batch.

If you have a legit installation of Photoshop or a good crack that has all the help files intact you could probably learn it from there but this might make it easier:
    http://graphicssoft.about.com/od/photoshop/ss/basicaction.htm

Skip to step 7 to go straight to the guide to batch processing if that's all you need.

The fact that you did that in paint makes it a work of art merlin. Look forward to see your work in p/shop.

batch processing is (or was in CS4 when I last used it) a huge pain in the arse! its a great feature and invaluable if you need it, but its like brain surgery getting all the settings right to make it do what you want it to!

but to be honest, that's any of PhotoShop's features in a nutshell. hard work, complicated, laborious and tedious... until you get your head round it. then its easy.

What I hate about photoshop tutorials is when you follow them to the letter using the same stock images and your results fail to match the tutorials on step three.
