  3. Our gif only content threads have a rule where all thumbs must be posted as a static thumbnail that does not play. Currently imagebam made a change where they no longer produce static thumbs. Therefore, please do not use imagebam, or any host, that provides live playing gifs in those specific threads. If you see your gif playing once you post, try to use a smaller thumbnail and if that does not work use a different approved host.

I'm curious if anyone has suggestions for me regarding viewing embedded youtube videos. I always check out the "Funny videos" section and watch the videos there, however, in the last, maybe 3-4 days, I've been unable to do so. If I "reply with quote", I can see that the embedded videos that are giving me problems are tagged with "YOUTUBEHD" tags, I've tried through different browses, I've made sure that adobe flashplayer is up to date, to no avail.

If the video is simply html tagged as "video", no problem? Suggestions? Thanks in advance.

I'll bring it up with cayne. He's not putting the complete url between the code tags.

That's strange though, even older threads that I had previously watched now no long work? That zoom thread you commented on in "Funny Videos", I can't watch the original there, could you?

The "problem" clearly isn't straightforward. For instance, I have no difficulty at all with these YouTube or YouTubeHD BBCode links, either on phun.org or elsewhere!

Thought I'd point out - the YoutubeHD videos are working for me now. Have no idea if something changed on your end or mine, but they're up and running again.
