lol man she's really had a lot of work done on her face. she looks great though of course, like she's 10+ years younger than she is. Looks like she might have had a breast lift too...maybe implants? Can't tell for sure

I'm not an expert on cosmetic surgery but her boobs in 300 and Sin City just looked way too firm.

 

Yes, I always thought there was CGI at work, but they could have been done back then too. I just know how her tits looked in Dreamers when they were for sure natural. She was about 22 when they filmed, so they should look more low and "banana" shaped nowadays based on how they looked in the movie.

 

she has white clown face makeup on to match how the dress was originally shown on the runway for some reason. She certainly had her areolas reduced which made her boobs look bigger and perckier than they did in the Dreamers, she may have had a little lift at the same time.

 

I don't think Eva would shy away from having work done - she's kind of from a culture/time where actresses had to be more concerned their appearances than is the case for the younger generation. Her lack of discernible wrinkles in her forehead, corner of her eyes or mouth, etc tells me it's not just her foundation lol. Her boobs definitely look too full and perky to be natural...even in Dreamers they had some natural sag to them. The areola change is most likely due to the through the nipple insertion of the implants, and CGI being done to hide the scarring.
