  2. Our gif only content threads have a rule where all thumbs must be posted as a static thumbnail that does not play. Currently imagebam made a change where they no longer produce static thumbs. Therefore, please do not use imagebam, or any host, that provides live playing gifs in those specific threads. If you see your gif playing once you post, try to use a smaller thumbnail and if that does not work use a different approved host.

    Yeah, it is odd. And the user has done it all recent posts.

    It's a goo.gl shortened link in an IMG tag. The shortened link leads to a file at Uploaded.net that says it's a gif, only 1 color and only 11px high, yet 3mb in file size. If I had to guess, I'd say it's somebody gaming, or trying to game, the points system at Uploaded by having their invisible image downloaded a bunch of times.

    Did you mean the last post? If not, it's that guy again posting the 3mb invisible gifs hidden by goo.gl for whatever (probably scammy) reason. His other posts are all the same again. I suggest putting goo.gl and maybe other link shorteners in the censored words list since they aren't allowed anyway. And, use a slash after so only actual urls are censored and you can still use "goo.gl" when discussing it without linking (like this post).
