  2. Our gif only content threads have a rule where all thumbs must be posted as a static thumbnail that does not play. Currently imagebam made a change where they no longer produce static thumbs. Therefore, please do not use imagebam, or any host, that provides live playing gifs in those specific threads. If you see your gif playing once you post, try to use a smaller thumbnail and if that does not work use a different approved host.

    Not wishing to be a tool bag, but where are the rules which contain the ten post provision? It might be confusing to noobies - in forum issues Azz's thread suggests a solution to not being able to post, IE account activation, but doesnt state the important 10 post rule.

    In fairness to the now noob, future amazing members, should this all not be made a little clearer?

    We don't want people spamming their way to a quick post count, so if a member is genuine and not sure why their post isn't appearing, they can ask and we let them know. But we deal with tonnes of spam, threads that never make it to the public viewing because they're created by a new user, so we try not to openly state the 10 post issue.
