    This thread is a creative space for those who would colourize a black and white shot.

    To start of, I took Haley from the Glamour - Well shot amateur threads and turned it into something her grandmother would love to hang on her wall.

    I've tried this before. There's a member here called Linus who had an old B&W pic of his granddads farm which I coloured in (I may PM him to see if he still has it). I've been meaning to try it out again since but haven't got round to it. It can be quite time consuming but it's enjoyable too. I may add something to this thread at a later date.

    here's one I did years ago, hell I dont know which forum it was. Gman was on it when he first got started doing collages. This was a request by one of the steady members, took a couple days. I hadnt seen the real shoot in color so I didnt know the wall is actually supposed to be bright red.... lol, it's gotta be about 2002, because theres my cartoon logo in the shadow center right.

    Those are really good. Lots of detail. They must have taken a week or so. The one I did took about a day. It was my first attempt at it.

    Only the top one is mine. The bottom (red wall) is a mag pic. It was only posted to show how close you can guess what a pic looks like.

    You've seen this pic around for years and years. It's one of my first BW to color attempts. I posted it way back as a test to get critiques on the color for the base viol.
