then I believe I have just made the find of the year, these are screenshots of a dvd that i have had for years, and i just realised this might be scarlett.
If it is proven to be scarlett then I will post the clip, which has her walking down the runway in this dress, and then in another dress that is 80 percent see-through without a bra, please be so kind as to start the discussion...

And don't forget to notice the piercing in the left nostril, which i know scarlett had. sry the images are not larger but i couldnt figure out how to get vlc to make them bigger.

 

My guess is "no". Hard to tell with such LQ shots.

Well a good place to start would be to tell us what DVD the scene is from and that can be checked against movies shes been in.

It's not a movie, its a dvd full of runway shows, hence the beijing 2002, fashion channel. She could have been a model back then in 2002 before she became extremely popular, look at the eight legged freaks premier photos for example of nose piercing...

If anyone would like to tell me a better way to get screens from a .vob file I would love to upload better shots, bsplayer says its a audio file only, mplayer wont open it, and vlc takes these small shots.

i just had to do a little research so here goes...

first i'm basing this on you saying "of a dvd that i have had for years" and the year being 2002.

so, that being said she'd have been most likely 17 since she was born in late november 1984. with that, she's never been that skinny, and at 17 she looked like she did in "the man who wasn't there" and for those of you who saw her when she was "found" in that movie by the great Coen Brothers, you know she did not look like this skinny big titted chick.

anyways that's my 2 cents ... so therfore, that's not her.

 

eyes don't look right, nor do the cheekbones.

if you have the video, just look for Scarlett's moles... she has very distinctive moles on her right cheekbone, the left side of her neck(front) and under her left shoulder blade.

Ummm, how about the simple fact that Scarlett is short...you kind of have to be tall to be a runway model.
Just from the neck and shoulders of the girl in those pics you can tell she's pretty tall.
