    Bepop is like a anime Firefly. :p.

    I only watch a few episodes and that was the feeling. I didn't like to much though, I liked Firefly better. So is like a cheap Firefly. :p

    In the world of quality anime, Cowboy Bebop is quite good... but it's probably in my top 5 favorite. The animation quality is well-done, the style is perfect mix of cool and eccentric but what really makes it standout is the perfect music selections of blues and jazz appropriate to set the mood to each scene WITHOUT making it feel cheesy.

    The story itself is pretty simple, with the major theme being "you can never completely run away from your past", with the character growth and story building that kinda feels like a dumb-downed Raymond Chandler detective story.

    Actually, Samurai Champloo's story is a similar theme, though it's more of "the past will always catch up to you"... small difference.

    The company has decided to work with fewer people. But, 3 of the remaining people quit, so we're basically about 3 people short each night. They're trying to find a couple new people now.
