    The only time I ever go is if I have to send a package...anything over 16 ounces (I think) has to be given to a clerk.

    I hate it too. They're rude, slow, etc.

    I had to send out some t-shirts I designed for a friend. They were supposed to have been an x-mas gift :D I'm a procrastinator.
