I slept good, but I need more sometime tonight. I'm trying to remember what I dreamed. :?

I had some pretty wild dreams the other night.

busy day, used a Loader again today pushing snow this afternoon

 

Is it still cold as hell up there?

 

only -20C/-4F without the wind but today with the wind it was -34C/-20F.

nice and warm inside the Loader though.

 

I was just watching the news - a story about a medivac plane with a sick patient trying to land at the Reno Nevada airport when the controller was asleep. He landed the plane on his own.

 

So that's a huge warm up from a few days ago!

They played the flight tape of the guy trying to land. A controller from a California airport overheard the guy trying to talk to the Reno airport and getting nothing, so he came on and told the pilot he'd call the Reno tower by phone. No answer. The Cal. controller said the wind is calm, land at your own risk. The pilot landed OK.

 

they needed a nap. i hear there's alot to do in Reno

I placed 10th and 15th out of 32 in the work hockey pool.

I have 3 entries in the 20 dollar playoff pool out of 43. winner take all.

I have to shut down here. then go get some supper. be back in a bit.
