Therefore, please do not use imagebam, or any host, that provides live playing gifs in those specific threads.     I am just over 6 feet tall.

    I wouldn't mind losing another 10 to 15 pounds. I am going to keep at it.

    I am 5'8".....2 years ago I weighted 285 pounds....have lost down to about 240 now and 165 is my goal......It is tougher for us older guys to lose weight than it is for you young pups! :D
