Therefore, please do not use imagebam, or any host, that provides live playing gifs in those specific threads.     Absolutely! Digital file storage takes up far less physical space than CD or DVD storage. With terabytes of memory I can store all the media I like in the space of a PC and play it on a high VHQ audio/video system with a mere few clicks of a mouse from my armchair. No more CD/DVD storage and maintenance. Duh.

    I use my phone as a media player. There's several dozen music CDs on it. I'm supposed to walk around with all those jewel boxes? And have you not heard of an ipod?
