We some times refer that to refrigerator surprise.......just start taking what ever is available in the frig and throwing it together with the outcome unknown at the start.

I won't know for several weeks....a request for a proposal for the required engineering for a construction project has been made to us and I am putting that proposal together....there is no pay for preparing the proposal, but will be pay (including some compensation for preparing the proposal) if we win the work. This is not a competitive bid and I have professional contacts here, so this should be helpful in being chosen for the work.

that's almost what I'm doing.. I threw some diced potatoes in the oven, planned do put a chicken ontop of them to cook for another 90 minutes.. then I thought I'd put some white beans in tomatosauce instead of the crushed tomatoes over it...

now I have changed my mind, I'm gonna cook some rice instead to go with the chicken
