    I started a new Clive Cussler book. It opens with the rescue of a tourist group stranded on Antarctica after they lose their ship. Cold down there too!

    Thore, there's an extra detail in my case that is very serous -- I haven't mentioned it here. Anyway, I'm going to sue. But Michigan has "salary caps for lawyers" based on the injury. The big lawyers only want to take the most lucrative cases now.

    It's a winning case, but now, with the cap on "winnings," plus the money a lawyer has to pay up front for a medical malpractice case, you have to find a lawyer who wants to take that risk.
