Dogs are enjoying the cooler weather......will see the mid 40's tonight.....been only going down to the mid 60's for the past week or so.

 

My dogs are loving it too! We had a record-setting warm March, and they were laying on the cold parts of the floors and panting.

 

Did you see the snow up in the northeast U.S. Thore? (I saw that story on NBC News.) Some parts of NY and PA got 12-18 inches of snow, depending on elevation!

Saw it on the Weather Channel.....snow was really falling in the video clip.....it was interesting to see the snow build up everywhere except the streets.....they said the warm previous weather had the streets warm, so the snow was melting. Hope not too many folks are without power due to the wet snow build up on lines and trees.

Yes, the ibuprofen kicked in. I'm still a little sore, but it really helped.

 

I think a few weeks ago I aggravated a small portion of muscle in my lower back and have been taking generic Alleve....it bothered me the most at night in bed.....it worked really well. My son the med student says Alleve is better to reduce inflammation than ibuprofen. I find ibuprofen work well on severe pain if I take at least 600 mg of it. My doc says that dosage occasionally is OK, but not on a regular basis.

 

Maybe I'll pick up some generic Alleve and try it.
