Therefore, please do not use imagebam, or any host, that provides live playing gifs in those specific threads. If you see your gif playing once you post, try to use a smaller thumbnail and if that does not work use a different approved host.

    We've been so busy flipping apartments that everything else, the little day to day behind the scenes stuff, has been lacking. Now we're coming into our inspection season and we aren't even close to being ready.

    The proverbial hole only gets deeper. Mid -September I have a flip to do in two (working) days and it generally takes that layout 4 days to turn. I've already scheduled the carpet replacement and the deep cleaning. Now I just have to focus on getting the paint, do sheetrock repairs, paint, and put it all together. BTW, I could get a jump on it if I work through that particular weekend.

    The inspections do. Most are just walk throughs by a few local agencies. But Corporate does a humdinger that holds us to higher guidelines than locally mandated. It seems like the past couple of years we had a lot of residents pass away in bunches. I can remember when the most I would do all day is take out trash, change a few light bulbs, and vaccuum hallways.
