    my Boss is super happy with me at work!

    we lost our 2 Fuel Managers who rotated 1 month on 1 month out. so me and 1 other Manager are sharing our duties taking care of fuel too. which is HUGE work.

    I approached my former boss when I worked at Fuel 3 years ago. been putting the bug in his ear to join our Company, I told my Boss, President of our Company to recruit him HARD! so they did

    long story short, former Boss signed on with us, in 2 to 3 months he'll join us.

    my Boss, our President said at our Weekly Managers Meeting "we have a huge coup to announce, all thanks to Jamie, we will have stability in our Fuel Division as Mr X signed with our Company, thank Jamie for initiating it. he will be on board in 2 months or so"

    my Boss has been so happy with what I've done. my Friend was driving by with our President doing a tour, President said "you know, Jamie is a working Manager, I've seen him shine in our Managers Meetings but on our tours I've seen him driving the Loader, Plow Truck, Dozer teaching his Staff! I love a working and teaching Manager"
